    marvellous location, just next door to a pedestrianized square. positioned in the really great area, adjacent to the cultural capital of europe, major attractions in florence and the busiest square.

    A bit small bathroom.

    Really good service, really good location, the staff greeted us by name throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent with attentive service that never left us waiting.

    Everything was as perfect as can be.

    The location is unbeatable, steps away from

    The Duomo and close to all major sights. The noise from the bustling square could be overwhelming at night. The room was spacious and had beautiful decor, but the bathroom was a bit cramped for two.

    Great location. Beautiful room and good amenities. Helpful and pleasant.

    We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, so the cost of our stay was totally worth it. Not sure if I would feel if the room we should have be given was small and standard.

    Perfectly located, high ceiling in our room, good ambience, all over an excellent hotel. We were able to have breakfast outside facing Piazza della Republica - perfect for people watching and opposite Gilla, selling the best fruit jellies in the universe.

    All good but a bit pricey.

    The breakfast is vey poor for 5 star hotel. There should be omlettes and hot things in the breakfast.

    Nothing to complain about, the hotel met needs. Fabulous venue, the staff were all consistently courteous and incredibly welcoming and the location was fantastic absolutely in the centre of everything. The best part of our wonderful stay was the delicious breakfast with pastries and a great selection-served on the piazza what could be better and cured meats.
